Please join The Overfalls Foundation for a presentation and discussion by 2 former lightship sailors, Frank Manning and Stephen Tolbert.  Frank and Steve will provide a candid discussion about life aboard a lightship and offer an opportunity to ask questions.  This event is open to the public and is free.
